Description

• Receipt inspection of pressure part materials; Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Forgings, fittings, Fasteners: Physical inspection & review of Material Test certificates (MTCs) w.r.t Codes & TDC
• Material Identification of pressure part materials: Plates, Pipes, Tubes, Forgings, fittings, Fasteners: Physical inspection review of Material Test certificates (MTCs) w.r.t. ITP
• In process inspection: Set-ups, inspection before NDE, component inspection
• Final Inspection of components/equipment, before PWHT/Hydro, Inspection before dispatch
• Witness of Hydro & Pneumatic test
• Co-ordination with TPI/Client
• Final documents.
• Accuracy of inspection.
