Position/Designation: Assistant Supervisor

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.

Description

• He should have worked in SAP environment 
• Checking & passing of transporter and courier bills for inward material. To take approvals on bills of transporters / couriers which are not covered in rate contracts with proper justification.
• To track diesel escalation and to clear transporters bills accordingly after taking into account +/- variation of diesel price. 
• Checking and passing of bills for couriers & Inspection agency bills. 
• To take care of price reduction / bonus clause given in rate contracts while clearing the bills
• Passing of service order payments after preparation of service entry sheets.
• Receipt of parcel from courier/bank and delivery to Stores along-with IGP. 
• Sending list of goods in transit for insurance to Insurance Co., to maintain record of diesel rates and to modify rates for freight according to increase/reduction in market price.
